Day Reception at Salvador's Airport; city-tour to Pelourinho neighborhood
and Barra's Port. Transfer by Ferry Boat in direction to Itaparica Island, crossing
All Saints Bay. There a Land Rover will transport us to Cairú Island -Dendê
Coast- where a boat will transfer us to Boipeba Island. By trekking we will arrive
to the only inn at Cueira Beach (one of the most beautiful Bahian beaches) where
we will dinner some lobsters recently taken from the sea and prepare by a native
lady and will spend the night around a bonfire and drinking caipirinhas. 2nd
Day: After having breakfast at sunset, we will aboard our ducks to realize
a funny activity called Ducking Surf. At midday we will lunch at seaside a delicious
chicken cooked on a plow disk. After this we will arrive by trekking to Moreré
Beach. There we will practice some snorkeling on the marvellous natural pools
created by coral reefs. Following this activity, a tractor will transport us across
the island till Ponta dos Castelhanos. On this isolated beach we will camp meanwhile
our guide organize our dinner by the sea. 3rd
Day: This morning, the group will enjoy of this marvellous beach. After
lunch and strike the camp we will realize a short eco-trekking among coconut trees
until a little fishermen town called Cova da Onça. Over there a little
ship will transport us along "Rio do Inferno" (Evil's River) in direction
to Tinharé Island. During the first hour on the ship we will explore some
kind of swamp with our ducks. After this exploration we will continue our travel
on the ship till anchor at Tinharé Island. If we are lucky, we will find
some oysters risers who can provide some to delight ourselves with this delicious,
fresh pieces. Once at the south part of Tinharé Island a 4x4 will be waiting
for us to transport us to Garapuá Beach, a little town where we will spend
the night. 4th
Day: After
breakfast, and using our Ducks we will go into the sea till Garapuá's floating
bar and will practice some free scuba-dive meanwhile the native lady who owns
the bar prepares for us one of her two lunch options: crabs or lambretas (kind
of oyster). After this snack we will return to Garapuá Beach and after
deflating the ducks our 4x4 will takes along the interior of the Island in direction
to Morro de São Paulo. Once there we will leave our things at an Inn and
if tide let us we will jump from the longest Tirolesa at whole Brazil (more than
300 meters) arriving to the end of First Beach. After taking a bath at the inn
we will go to the famous "O Bar" to drink some of its delicious tropical
cocktails and eat some of its marvelous plates. Who wants more fun on this day
can enjoy of one of the most popular activities in Morro de São Paulo...
Dancing Party at the Beach. 5th
Day: After having breakfast we will go to the First Beach where a ship
will be waiting to take us to some wonderful places to practice some scuba-dive.
The place will be chossen depending on the previous experience of the group on
this sport. At midday, lunch will be offer at "O bar" after which we
will go to the landing hint on the 3rd Beach where a Sesna plane will transport
us to Salvador's Airport in 25 minutes. Those who still have free days, can spend
them at Morro de São Paulo, to enjoy even more this wonderful place.
